Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize profitability.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report to management regularly.
• Collaborate with the Spa Director to maintain standards and ensure smooth operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and treatments to provide valuable insights.
• Conduct sales training and support staff in promoting our services and products.
• Handle inquiries, address concerns, and maintain a positive brand image.

Requirements:

• A proven track record of success in sales and customer service, ideally within a spa, fitness, medical, hotel, or restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide the sales team effectively.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to make informed business decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, managers, and teammates professionally.
• A passion for the spa industry and a willingness to stay updated on the latest trends.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.
